The purpose of this Procurement Policy is to provide clear and transparent guidelines for the procurement of goods, services, and works for Eil-Koro for Development and Reconstruction (EDR). 1.2 Scope
This policy applies to all procurement activities carried out by EDR, including but not limited to the purchase of goods, services, and construction works.
