The Finance and Procurement departments will collaborate in developing an annual procurement plan that outlines the expected procurement needs for the year. This plan will be reviewed regularly to ensure alignment with EDR’s strategic goals and budgetary constraints.
3.2 Procurement Strategy
A clear procurement strategy will be developed for each procurement category, considering factors such as cost, urgency, quantity, and market conditions. The strategy will outline the best method of procurement, whether through competitive bidding, direct purchase, or framework agreements.
